There should be plenty of room in the pits. Each team will have an 8’ x 10’ area. Power will be available in the pits with at least one outlet per team. However unforeseen events can happen. Teams are encouraged to make sure laptops are charged prior to the event. Each Team should bring the following items with them:

• 12 or 25 ft extension cord
• multi-outlet power-strip/surge suppressor
• camp chairs – there is no seating provided in the pits, however there will be seating available in the bleachers and concession area

Volunteers in the Pit will help to manage the flow of information from the other areas at the venue.  They will make sure that all information such as match and Research Project presentation schedules are relayed to the teams. Each Team will be assigned am Ambassador to help you keep on schedule.  They are there to remind you when you need to be up at your matches and to escort you to and from the Research Project Presentation rooms.  Teams need to pay attention to all announcements and volunteers to make sure they are queued up properly.  This will be a fast moving event with as many matches scheduled as possible.
