Check InAs teams come in the coaches will go to the Check In table near the entrance to sign in their team(s) and hand in, pick up, and fill out any paperwork. Volunteers at the registration area will record the event fee payments, issue receipts, and provide teams with event information and schedules, give directions, advice, and answer questions as they arise. Check should be made out to FLL Shelton Qualifying Event. Registration fees and Donations can be given to the volunteers at the event or mailed in advance to: Brookfield High School Participant Consent Forms Every team coach attending your tournament must supply a filled out Participant consent form for each child, coach, volunteer, and mentor in attendance. Attendees under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian's signature on the form. The Participant forms are available on the FIRST website. Team Information Sheets Every team should provide a Team Information Sheet to the Event Coordinator. This sheet is meant to provide the judges, referees, and announcers with information about your team. Having this information before the day of the event is extremely helpful. The FLL Shelton Qualifying Event uses a survey from surveymonkey.com that captures this information electronically. Teams that complete this survey can be assured that all of the judges will receive a copy. Since a lot is going on there is no guarantee that any of the judges will see this information the day of the event if a hardcopy is brought. The hardcopy forms can be found in your coaches handbook or on the FIRST website. Please complete a survey for each team attending the FLL Shelton Qualifying Event. Click here to take the survey |
