At minimum a laptop computer will be used for calculating the tournament scores.  An interactive system in the manner of a High School FIRST Robotics Competition may be available but is not guaranteed.  At the very least hard copy updates the scores of the team rankings will be posted throughout the competition.

The 2-½ minute Tournament matches will be timed by stopwatch unless a more sophisticated display can be arranged.  Large LED countdown timers or a laptop displaying time remaining may be used but at the very least the timekeepers will announce remaining time.

We are working hard to have video displays presenting the action on the field available for an enhanced spectator viewing experience.  Roving cameras and web casting are also being considered but not guaranteed.

This is a robotics competition! Music and play-by-play announcing will be available through a PA system.

Internet access will not be available.
